Clearwater, Florida, June 14, 2026 - GoodWare LLC announced the private release of Wish Upon A Star, a code and orchestration layer for preconfigured, permissioned work requests. Notary Geek is an early consumer of the technology for notary, apostille, document-routing, public knowledge, and customer-experience workflows.
The working phrase is "wish upon a star and your wish is my command." In practice, that means a request can be mapped to already-configured code, integrations, permissions, document templates, queues, cloud resources, GitHub records, and AI-assisted review paths. If the capability exists and the rules allow it, the request can move as executable work.
What it is
Wish Upon A Star is not a loose chatbot promise. It is an orchestration layer for work that has been prepared in advance: systems, credentials, queues, document templates, repositories, storage, public and private records, and human review boundaries.
- Requests can be captured as wishes and routed into authorized work lanes.
- Drafting work can move from scattered instructions into reviewable documents, letters, posts, requests, or implementation notes.
- Azure and GitHub provide durable infrastructure, deployment, evidence, and change tracking.
- AI systems can assist with drafting, review, triage, source capture, and code work when appropriate.
- Notary Geek can consume the layer without making private operating details public.
The human point
The system is designed around a real human problem: the work may be possible, but the person is overwhelmed, interrupted, short on time, or facing too many small steps. Wish Upon A Star does not replace the human. It helps the human get from stuck to started, from scattered facts to a draft, from intention to a queued task, and from overloaded to able to act.
That human connection matters. The orchestration layer can make document drafting, task routing, source capture, and follow-through easier, but review, judgment, permission, and responsibility remain part of the workflow.
Notary Geek as a consumer
Notary Geek uses GoodWare technology to support route-first notary and apostille workflows, public knowledge publication, source-quality correction, customer-experience surfaces, document drafting, and operational review. The goal is practical execution: keep the knowledge, route the work, preserve the evidence, and publish public-safe material when it helps customers and answer engines.
Notary.CX is part of that customer-facing surface. The same release is intentionally available from both Notary Geek and Notary.CX hostnames when deployed through the multisite application.
AI ecosystem posture
GoodWare expects to work with the broader AI ecosystem and use the right provider, model, or toolchain for the authorized task. Relevant vendors and platforms may include OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, Google, Meta, xAI, Amazon Web Services, Mistral AI, Cohere, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen, Baidu, IBM, NVIDIA, Hugging Face, Groq, Together AI, Cerebras, Stability AI, Runway, ElevenLabs, Replicate, and Cloudflare.
Naming those vendors describes ecosystem awareness and possible tool routing. It does not claim endorsement, partnership, certification, sponsorship, or an official integration by any named provider.
Founder statement
Greg Lirette, founder of GoodWare LLC and Notary Geek, said: "Wish Upon A Star is code and orchestration, but the human connection is the point. It takes work a person was too overwhelmed to do and makes it possible, organized, and reviewable. If the system has the right preconfigured capability, permissions, rules, and integrations, a request can become executable work. Within those limits, your wish is my command."
