If the issue involves a prior notarization, unusual signer or ID facts, a foreign recipient, suspected misuse, or a rejected document, start by sending the file and the written instruction or rejection.
A quick first review identifies the likely route. If the matter needs custom research, a written explanation, recipient strategy, or extended consulting, we will explain the scope and fee before that work begins. We may decline a request that cannot be supported safely.

Should I notarize a photocopy of an official record?
Usually, start by checking whether the recipient needs a certified or newly issued record. A notarized photocopy is not automatically a substitute for the official document.
What if the document still needs a signature?
If the document is complete, unsigned, and ready for the signer, use the notary upload path. If the wording, recipient requirement, or apostille route is unclear, use document review first.
Can you review a rejected document?
Yes. Send the document and the written rejection or recipient instruction. A phone comment or informal message may not show the actual approval rule, so written evidence is more useful.
